  This is mostly a feature release.

  Planned features:

  • RDF metastore
  • More work on the manual/other docs
  • Automated benchmarking of the REST API
  • In-server profiling/statistics
  • Authentication/Authorization
    • Per-object ACLs(?)
  • Admin handler
    • Server monitoring
    • Maintenance functions
  • Utility scripts for switching filestores, metastores, mass-updates of metadata, etc.

  Pretty web UI:

  • Do a jQuery (Ext?) interface to the store
    • Search forms
    • Metadata grid view
    • Result galleries

  Some stuff we're considering but which might get pushed into the next release:

  • High-performance filestore(?)
  • Ruby 1.9 compatibility
